4-Day Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. No refunds can be given for purchases, as part of the proceeds are donated to community organizations and funds involved in the fight against racism and oppression.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, please contact us via email. If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanging for a new item
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange item, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email that your new item (the item requested in exchange of the previously purchased item) will be shipped.
